Group therapy can be a beneficial way to learn about yourself and improve your relationships in a supportive, safe, and confidential environment.
It can be offered in addition to individual therapy, or as a primary source of treatment. Group therapy can be a healing and affirming space to connect with others.
I conduct small gender-specific group sessions (maximum of six members), focused on developmental stages, such as college students, young professionals, executives, trauma survivors, and clients with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Groups encourage openness and trust, and they provide a sense of connection to others. Groups foster a sense of belonging and community. Groups allow participants to grow in shared experiences, empathy, and compassion.
Stay tuned to hear what groups will be offered soon. Sign up and subscribe to my newsletter for announcements about my practice or to get on a waitlist for future groups.
