Individual Psychotherapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Do your emotions feel like they are beginning to affect your work, relationships, or overall sense of well-being? You may find yourself doubting your abilities or feeling weighed down by experiences that are hard to make sense of. At times, it can feel easier to push these feelings aside and tell yourself you’re “okay,” even while worrying they may never truly pass.

Many people share these experiences and struggle to find a way forward on their own. Feelings are natural responses to life’s challenges, and when they are pushed away or tightly controlled, they can become more difficult to process. Over time, this can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Reaching out for support can help interrupt this cycle, especially if you’ve tried to make changes on your own and haven’t found relief.

You don’t have to wait any longer to feel better.

Taking the first step—making that initial call or scheduling a first session—can feel daunting. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Therapy may be brief for some, while others find benefit in longer-term work. The pace and direction are always guided by your needs, and I am here to support you as you decide what feels right for you.

I work with clients from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and gender identity backgrounds. I provide individual therapy for pre-teens, teens, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to):

I may also offer a combination of play and expressive modalities, especially for pre-teens and adolescents who might struggle to engage in a virtual setting. When working with those under 18, I collaborate with important caregivers such as family members, extended family, school personnel and other medical providers if there is a release in place.

I invite you to learn more about my approach in individual psychotherapy to have a better understanding of how I work with clients and how I may be able to help you.

All sessions are now being conducted in-person or virtually.
